Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounting Operations Process
Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct reviews of journal entries and reconciliations, identifying
issues and implementing process improvements
Lead the development and implementation of process improvements
using technology and best practices
Serve as a subject matter expert on complex accounting projects and
partner with auditors for efficient audit processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial discipline, or
equivalent work experience
Four years' experience in a business-related role preferred
Advanced/expert Excel skills, including programming in VBA and
Power Query
Proven ability to efficiently use accounting systems
Strong analytical skills with a track record of developing and
implementing effective process improvements
