Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Lead - REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees and coordinates daily operations of the collections team
to ensure timely and accurate collections
Monitors performance metrics and adjusts strategies to meet
department goals
Handles complex collection cases and collaborates with internal
departments to resolve disputes
Required Qualifications
Education: H.S. Diploma or GED
Experience: 5-7 years of collections experience in a medical
facility or acute-care hospital
Preferred Education: Associate's Degree or higher
