Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year A bit about us: Our Client is a well established and reputable claims management firm with offices in California and Nevada. This firm has been in operation for over four decades and is actively looking to hire a Senior/Partner Level Attorney to their Litigation group. Why join us? 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead evaluation of case documentation and develop defense strategy Oversee cases from inception to resolution, often in tandem with an associate Confer with clients and insurance claims personnel Manage discovery process and supervise litigation support Take and defend depositions Prepare court filings and pre-trial documentation Train/mentor junior attorneys and supervise document reviews Maintain accurate billing records ________________________________________ Qualifications JD and active CA Bar license 5 years (minimum) litigation experience (civil litigation preferred) Experience in: • Taking/defending depositions • Supervising or mentoring legal staff • Drafting and arguing motions (e.g., demurrers, MSJs) • Working with insurance carriers Strong legal writing and communication skills Familiarity with written/oral discovery essential Interested in hearing more?
