Developing comprehensive financial models to support decision making related to capital investments, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. 2. Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and financial risks and opportunities. 3. Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with various department heads. 4. Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful information is provided to management. 5. Analyzing product cost data and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. 6. Assisting in the evaluation of new business opportunities, including investment appraisal, profitability analysis, and scenario analysis. 7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. 8. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Financial Analyst position should possess the following qualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or a professional qualification such as CFA or CPA is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas. Experience with other financial software and ERP systems is a plus. 4. Strong financial modeling skills, with the ability to create models from scratch and improve existing ones. 5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. 6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders. 7. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large data sets and tight deadlines. 8. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify financial risks and opportunities, and drive process improvements. 9.
