The successful candidate will play a crucial role in partnering with various departments within our organization, improving our business processes, and assisting in critical decision-making. This is a position that requires a deep understanding of the Real Estate industry, financial modeling, and dashboard management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi software and a proven track record in delivering successful business solutions in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and assess the company's ongoing projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Develop and manage financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. Utilize Yardi software for data retrieval and financial analysis. Create, manage, and optimize dashboards for tracking project performance and key business metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure the successful execution of business strategies. Lead the design and implementation of new business processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integrating relevant ideas into company operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst Proficiency in Yardi, Power BI and/or SQL software is preferred Proven experience in financial modeling and dashboard management. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget. Knowledge of current industry trends and advancements. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to business challenges. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
