Job Description:
Office Specialist needed with a Construction background.
Experience with primavera software is highly preferred, but
knowledge of construction industry is more important. Must be
strong in data entry, preparing correspondence, processing P/O's,
quote matching, Price and Quality reconciliation, and general
office duties.
Preferred if familiar with HR/payroll, plan reading A+, submittals,
federally funded jobs, releases and change orders
