A wonderful new opportunity is now available at a reputable Southern California High Desert Medical Center for an Administrative House Supervisor.The House RN Supervisor will work under the administrative direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, and will provide direction, supervision, and coordinates all patient care activities and functions of the hospital on the assigned shift to ensure safe, quality patient care.The Administrative RN Supervisor will maintain operational aspects of the patient care units in the absence of Department Managers / Nurse Managers during assigned shift.
