Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance
customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition
Own and optimize the marketing budget across various channels to
maximize ROI and improve conversion rates
Elevate brand presence by collaborating with design teams to create
compelling marketing assets and storytelling content
Required Qualifications
10+ years of strategic marketing experience, with 5+ years in
marketing leadership roles in direct-to-consumer companies
Expertise in growth and performance marketing with a focus on
managing multi-channel campaigns
Strong storytelling and brand-building skills, with experience in
creative development across multiple channels
Proven leadership capabilities with experience in building and
mentoring high-performing teams
Hands-on approach with the ability to influence and align
cross-functional stakeholders
