Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support multiple tools as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage
troubleshooting, planning, and implementing
releases/patches/upgrades
Update documentation and manage change/incident tickets following
ITSM processes
Utilize automation jobs for the installation of various agents and
tools
Required Qualifications and Education
U.S. Citizenship required; ability to pass enhanced background
screening for Public Trust clearance
System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL
OS
5-10 years of technical experience or a college degree
Experience with automation tools and scripting (.bat and .sh);
knowledge of Perl is a plus
AWS Certification and knowledge of OpenText, Splunk, and IBM tools
is a plus
