About the Role As a Press Operator, you will work with injection molding machines and hot presses to produce high?quality rubber aerospace components. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to grow professionally, and thrives in a supportive, team?focused environment. ? Key Responsibilities Mold and produce parts according to written specifications. Remove completed parts from molds safely and efficiently. Inspect molded components regularly to ensure top-quality output. Clean tools, load materials, and prepare machines for each new cycle. Maintain production levels by operating presses efficiently. Document accurate production data throughout each shift. ? What We’re Looking For Ability to work in a fast-paced , hands-on environment. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Work Environment You’ll be working in a clean, well-organized ITAR-compliant aerospace facility equipped with injection molding machines and hot presses. While equipment may get warm, the facility is climate-controlled to maintain comfort and safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
