Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Manager Mid
Market.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 50 - 60
mid-market clients and advisors
Maintain knowledge regarding industry trends and regulatory
requirements while providing consultative solutions
Monitor annual plan projects and maintain documentation on client
projects within the CRM software tool
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in qualified retirement plans with expert
knowledge of plan design and regulations
QKA certification required
Bachelor's degree required
Proven track record of managing and servicing retirement plans,
including compliance and recordkeeping
Extensive knowledge of retirement plan design options, including
defined contribution and defined benefit plans
