Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and
scale its finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer-facing financial operations, including invoicing
and billing inquiries
Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain the financial
model for strategic decision-making
Manage cash flow reports, vendor relationships, and prepare
financial statements for the Board of Directors
Required Qualifications
Certification: CFA or CPA required
Education: MBA or management consulting experience from recognized
firms
Experience: 10+ years in financial management, preferably in
high-growth or startup environments
Proven experience in managing financial models, fundraising
efforts, and complex financial operations
Ability to handle multi-currency transactions and ensure GAAP
compliance
