Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technology Platforms Manager to
oversee multiple development teams and ensure the successful
delivery of complex software applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and
continuous improvement
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software development
activities, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
Act as the primary contact for business units, translating
requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3 years in a
leadership role
Proven track record of delivering complex software initiatives and
leading development teams
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
methodologies and cloud platforms
Experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or
Python
