Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Fund Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans for launching new funds while
collaborating with internal stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for fund-related inquiries
and ensure compliance and accuracy of deliverables
Oversee banking and digital asset transactions, token issuance, and
coordinate audit and regulatory processes
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in fund operations within hedge
fund, private equity, or fund administration
Expertise in traditional and digital asset fund structures,
including tokenized investment vehicles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and
reporting
Practical knowledge of cryptocurrency operations and tokenization
workflows
Preferred qualifications include CPA, CFA, or MBA, though not
required
