A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager - National
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a quality assurance team conducting daily checks for customer
service and contact center partners
Evaluate and monitor performance and productivity, focusing on
improving work processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive increased efficiency and
assist in troubleshooting customer issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Subject Matter Expert
(SME)
1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows PCs
