Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Balance Manager to oversee
patient credits and optimize revenue cycle performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the credit balance department and ensure
compliance with regulatory guidelines
Evaluate service needs and adjust staffing levels to maintain
effective operations
Drive quality and performance improvement initiatives in
collaboration with department leadership
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Five (5) years of experience in Revenue Cycle Claims, billing, and
Insurance follow-up
Three (3) years of supervisory experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and HFMA Certification
Preferred: Eight (8) years of experience in Revenue Cycle Insurance
and Claims
