Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Underwriting
to manage underwriting operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a team of underwriters
Oversee underwriting of complex accounts and lead case reviews
Monitor performance and provide guidance to staff
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of financial analysis, pricing, or underwriting
experience, including 3+ years in healthcare
3+ years of experience with a Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) or in
a consulting role for PBM clients
Experience as a people leader with supervisory responsibilities
Ability to build complex financial models and conduct economic
analysis
Intermediate skills in MS Excel for spreadsheet building and
analysis
