Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the revenue cycle team in essential functions
such as patient registration, insurance verification, and claim
management
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of the revenue cycle
Monitor key performance indicators and collaborate with clinical
staff to align financial processes with patient care goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Proven leadership and team management experience
Proficiency in healthcare billing software and electronic medical
records (EMR) systems
Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and payer
requirements
