Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Director to provide sales
leadership and training for independent agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new independent contractor agents
Train agents on products and sales tools
Communicate with and retain top-level independent contractor
agents
Required Qualifications:
Must hold a valid life & health insurance license
High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience
may substitute for education
One or more years of experience in insurance marketing and
sales
Experience in managing and motivating independent or career
insurance agents
Basic computer navigation skills and familiarity with common
software applications
