Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Motion & Post to lead
their in-house video team and motion creative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of all motion content across various marketing
channels
Manage external production partners and freelancers while building
scalable post-production workflows
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize high-performing video
assets and evolve visual language in motion
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in video/motion creative roles
Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and
Figma
Proven success in creating performance-optimized video for multiple
platforms
Strong understanding of post-production pipelines and sound
design
Excellent leadership and mentorship skills to inspire a creative
team
