Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Analysis Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage scientific data governance procedures and
frameworks
Oversee scientific data ingestion pipelines and ensure data
accuracy and completeness
Manage data access requests and collaborate on complex data
analysis and visualization efforts
Required Qualifications
BS degree or higher in biomedical data analysis, statistics, or a
related field
5+ years of experience in scientific data analysis, particularly
with multi-omic/molecular data
MS/PhD degree with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of immunology and AWS expertise preferred
Working knowledge of R Studio and Jupyter Notebook is required
