Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Hosting
Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse team of Infrastructure engineers to
ensure optimal performance and scalability of production
services
Implement new processes and technologies to support team growth and
company objectives
Facilitate individual development within the team and drive
accountability for results
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering
teams
2+ years of experience managing and scaling infrastructure or
product engineering teams
3+ years of experience as an Infrastructure, Site Reliability, or
Software Engineer with distributed systems experience
Familiarity with core technologies such as AWS, Pulumi, Cloudflare,
Linux, Node, MongoDB, and Nginx
Experience managing agile teams in adherence to software delivery
cycles
