Job Description Job Description Project Manager Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects in the K-12 and Higher Education sectors, particularly focusing on Public Works. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while effectively coordinating with stakeholders and team members. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders, including school districts, contractors, and consultants to facilitate project requirements and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular status reports and updates for stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project delivery. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards in the execution of public works projects. Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in K-12 and Higher Education projects. Strong understanding of Design, Scheduling, and Administration (DSA) processes and regulations. Experience in managing public works projects and compliance with government regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Procore, is a plus. Preferred experience in coordinating school construction projects as a Senior Project Manager.
