The Cardiac Imaging Department is seeking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our nationally ranked team of cardiac care professionals. Must have prior experience in performing stress tests. Location Apple Valley, CA 92307 Responsibilities will include: list of 7 items Assist collaborating physicians in providing assessments, diagnosis, care and treatment within the Cardiac Imaging Department Responsible for performing patient assessments, including admission ofpatients to the Cardiac Imaging department perform HP's, physical examination and ensure and provide appropriate ordering of tests order and administer medications and contrast as needed for cardiac imaging testing along with formulating an appropriate plan of care with the interdisciplinary team Supervise patient cardiac imaging testing within the cardiac imaging department: (exercise and pharmaceutical stress testing (nuclear, PET and echocardiography), transthoracic echocardiogram, transesophageal echocardiograms in conjunction with collaborating physician. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for reviewing with patient and referring physician imaging tests results and appropriate follow up care Coordinates discharge planning from the department. list end Requirements: list of 7 items Cardiology experience Proficiency in 12 Lead EKG testing Nuclear Stress Testing /or Stress Testing experience preferred Masters preferred in an AMA approved PA or NP program California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License PA or NP Board Certification BLS and ACLS certification list end Perks And Benefits Competitive compensation of $125,000 to $135,000 annually Full loaded benefits package No nights or no weekends New graduates welcome to apply if had RN position in Cardiology This is a full-time position.
