Cath Lab Manager - RN - 20% Bonus
 
 
Major California health system needs an experienced RN Cath Lab Manager to oversee the 24-hour operation of the patient care department with accountability for leadership, budget preparation and overall fiscal management.
 
As the Cath Lab Manager you provide an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the patient care delivered to a designated population.   
 
You'll oversee two Cath Lab suites and a Mobile Vascular Unit.  The facility sees and average of 375 EP, CV surgery, and structural heart procedures each month.
 
The manager does not take call and has a daily team leader to report to him or her.  You'll manage a total of 18 FTE's through your Team Leaders.
 
The manager serves as the role model for proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Use your experience to develop programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient's care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.
 
 
 
To be considered, you must be in the Apple Valley, CA area and have the following experience...
 

• 
  
• Knowledge of the Cath Lab, at least Team Leader experience or higher
  
• Good relationship skills
  
• Minimum of three years in an acute hospital environment.
  
• Minimum of two years in a related specialty unit.
  
• Non RN candidates with at least 2 years of Cath Lab management experience will also be considered.
