Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Outpatient / Provider
Coding.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise medical coding operations and train coding staff
Monitor employee productivity and manage performance
evaluations
Identify and resolve coding-related issues while facilitating
communication within the team
Required Qualifications
Certification from AHIMA or AAPC (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIA)
Three years of coding, clinical, or billing experience
Three years of supervisory experience or equivalent
Knowledge of clinical documentation and reimbursement systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
