Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Quality Assurance
Operations HEDIS Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert to clinical staff and assist with
HEDIS medical record collection
Coordinate daily business activities and perform quality assurance
on data mining and provider outreach
Conduct training on HEDIS standards and support continual process
improvement exercises
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the
state(s) of practice
3+ years of HEDIS experience
2+ years of call center experience
2+ years of experience acting as a team leader or subject matter
expert
Access to high-speed internet
