Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Tele Therapist with an Ohio
LCSW License.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment
plans
Provide therapy to patients aged 13+ with various diagnoses
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient
care
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW
Ohio license required
Availability for 16 hours per week during EST hours
Experience treating patients across varying acuity levels
Must have passed the ASWB examination
