Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Referral
Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Review eligibility criteria and ensure completed insurance
verification for patient referrals
Schedule initial assessment appointments and connect patients to
community partners when services are unavailable
Provide ethical and culturally-competent customer service while
answering incoming calls from patients seeking services
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work,
Special Education, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, or a
closely related field, or a MHRT/C with three years of mental
health services experience
One year of experience in areas of specialization is required
Prior experience with referral management is preferred
Excellent computer skills are preferred
