Job Description Base Salary Range*: $128,000 to $168,000 - The
salary range above is an estimated annual base salary for a
full-time position. Your Total Rewards would include a base salary
plus performance-based incentives and other valuable benefits. Our
compensation models utilize fair market value data specific to your
specialty. Position Summary MemorialCare Medical Group is looking
for an experienced, certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our
Cardiology practice in Long Beach, California. The NP-Cardiology
will have job duties and responsibilities primarily in the
inpatient setting but will have responsibilities in the outpatient
settings as well. In this full-time role, you’ll work under the
supervision of MCMG Cardiology Medical Director(s). Essential
Functions And Responsibilities Of The Job - In the inpatient
environment, primary responsibilities include providing
consultations, follow up, and discharge care under direct
supervision of the cardiologists. - In the outpatient environment,
primary responsibilities include new patient visits, follow up, and
stress testing. - Employed position with MemorialCare Medical Group
- Full-time (1.0 FTE), Monday through Friday - EMR: Epic
Qualifications - Two or more years of full-time work experience as
a certified Nurse Practitioner managing cardiology patients in an
inpatient setting is preferred - May work across care settings to
follow patients - Current certification from an agency accredited
by the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification
(ABSNC) - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program -
Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of
California. - Current furnishing license to furnish medications in
the State of California - Current DEA - Current Basic Life Support
(BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification from
the American Heart Association Financial And Benefits Information -
