Primary Care Physician Southern CaliforniaCompensation:
$230K$285K base Annual Bonus $20K Sign-On BonusWere seeking a
mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and
growing value-based care group in Southern California. This is a
full-time outpatient role focused on providing compassionate,
comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient
population.Why This Role Stands OutBase Salary: $230K$285K
(commensurate with experience)Sign-On Bonus: $20,000Annual Bonus:
Up to 20% of base compensationSchedule: MondayFriday, outpatient
only no nights, weekends, or hospital callTeam Model: Work
alongside nurse practitioners, MAs, and care coordinators in a
collaborative environmentMission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary
care with a focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and
chronic disease managementYour ImpactServe as the patients first
point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health
needsCoordinate care with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians
and specialistsLeverage data-driven tools to monitor patient
outcomes and tailor care plansEducate and empower patients to

improvement initiatives and community health
programsQualificationsMD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family
or Internal MedicineCurrent, unrestricted California medical
license (or eligibility to obtain)DEA certification requiredPrior
experience in value-based or managed care preferredThe
