Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 12/15/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Title: Physical Therapist – Pediatrics (Outpatient) Location: Apple Valley, CA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 5×8-Hour (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Requirements: Active California PT license.
