Their primary care hospital is currently supported by 2 experienced doctors, with plans to expand to a 4-doctor team. They work closely with their 24/7 emergency hospital just minutes away, ensuring seamless care for all patients. Offering a flexible work-life balance of four 10-hour shifts with no weekend hours at present. Plus dedicated time for notes and breaks, ensuring you can provide top-quality care. Their team also includes a dedicated tech per doctor, along with a support, admin and management team. Key Highlights: Recently refurbished, privately owned clinic in Irvine, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join the team. AAHA-accredited, and Fear Free certified clinic. Equipment including in-house diagnostics, X-ray, ultrasound, spacious surgical suite and so much more! Endoscopy and advanced surgical tools allowing professional development. Roughly 15-20 patients daily with an option for 2 surgical days if a doctor wanted this. Huge range of modern facilities installed throughout the hospital. Dedicated and experienced team of Veterinarians to collaborate with daily. Plans to grow the clinic to a 4 doctor clinic, currently operates with 2 doctors full time. Joining a growing team, with dedicated techs per doctor, hospital manager and many assistants. 4 days per week with no dedicated weekends currently. No on-call, after hours or emergency work required. About you: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. To hold or have California veterinary board license which MUST be in good standing. Someone who takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best outcome to their patients and their owners. High degree of integrity and accountability. Able to work as part of a collaborative team environment. Benefits: Amazing salary between $150,000-$200,000, dependent upon experience.
