Job Description Job Description Echocardiology Supervisor Take
the lead in delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. As
Echocardiology Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations of the
Cardiology Department, ensuring smooth workflow, staff development,
and high-quality patient care. You’ll guide your team, manage
schedules, support recruitment and onboarding, and serve as a
technical expert on echocardiography equipment and procedures. This
role combines leadership, clinical excellence, and quality

coordinate daily department operations in collaboration with the
Manager of Cardiovascular Services/Nurse Manager • Lead
recruitment, orientation, competency assessments, and performance
reviews • Ensure adherence to quality improvement programs and
clinical protocols • Serve as a technical resource for equipment,
procedures, and staff training • Perform duties of a Registered
Echocardiographer as needed Required Qualifications: • Completion
of an AMA-accredited Echocardiography program (?1 year) • National
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS) OR national
certification from CCI or ARRT upon hire • BLS – American Heart
Association • 2 years recent full-time experience in
echocardiography • 1 year experience in an acute care hospital
setting Preferred Qualifications: • Associate’s degree in a related
healthcare field or equivalent credentials • Membership in a
professional organization (SDMS, SVT, AIUM, ASE) • Recent
supervisory or management experience
