Job Description THE HEALTHCARE INITIATIVE Where Talent Meets Opportunity Executive ASC Operations Leader Pacific Northwest A nationally respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced executive to oversee Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations across a multi-site region. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strategic operator who excels at driving performance, strengthening physician alignment, and advancing quality and access across a growing network. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to system-wide strategy and long-term growth initiatives. Compensation $260K–$360K annually, DOE Relocation assistance and other system benefits/incentives Executive Scope of Responsibility ?? Lead regional, multi-site ASC operational performance ?? Drive execution of enterprise-wide standards, policies, and workflows ?? Oversee quality, patient experience, access, and service line optimization ?? Direct financial performance, budgeting, and capital planning ?? Partner closely with physician leaders to strengthen engagement and alignment ?? Identify expansion opportunities, operational efficiencies, and growth strategies The Ideal Executive 13 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience (REQUIRED) Demonstrated success leading regional or multi-site operations Strong expertise in physician practice operations, managed care, and healthcare finance Experience with expansion initiatives, new builds, or growth strategy (preferred) Proven ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, executive peers, and clinical leaders Strategic mindset with strong decision-making and execution capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Leadership Profile We are seeking an executive who can clearly articulate: Operational priorities you have led and measurable outcomes achieved Examples of regional leadership and performance improvement Experience navigating growth, change management, and scale This role requires a collaborative leader who can balance strategy with execution while maintaining strong physician partnerships and operational discipline.
