A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job
postings, resume screening, and onboarding
Support payroll functions and benefits administration, ensuring
compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and respond to employee
inquiries regarding HR matters
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative
role
Strong understanding of core HR functions and employment laws
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Exceptional organization and time management skills
