Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote HR Compliance
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Complete onboarding checklist and ensure compliance with wage and
hour laws
Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and make necessary
corrections to Form I-9
Communicate with hiring managers and employees to resolve
onboarding issues and process files timely
Required Qualifications
2 years of work experience in HR or related office administration
preferred
Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance
preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
