Key Responsibilities
Deliver targeted consulting and configuration guidance to
customers
Act as a queue lead, managing customer requests and consultant
assignments
Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse team of consultants while
promoting a collaborative work environment
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience with Workday Extend
7+ years of experience in technical consulting, requirements
gathering, or solution design
Experience in a leadership role during software or application
implementation
Familiarity with Workday technology and tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
