Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chorus BPM (AWD Lead) to lead a team
of software engineers in developing software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to design, develop, and deliver software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project
requirements and ensure successful delivery
Mentor team members and manage agile development processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Chorus BPM (AWD) Process designer in
the Life insurance domain
Strong skills in technical architecture, project management, and
organizational change
Basic understanding of Business Process Modeling techniques and
tools
Experience with OS365 integration and knowledge of SQL scripts
Advanced degree in a related field or relevant certifications is a
plus
