Insights Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deep dive on client-reported blockers to identify workarounds and
test technical solutions
Troubleshoot technical and data-centric issues, including ETL
pipelines and data schemas
Participate in client and internal meetings to leverage product
expertise for informed decisions
Required Qualifications
Technical acumen with a strong desire for continuous learning
Proficiency in contemporary online applications and quick
adaptability to new technologies
Working knowledge of web development principles and programming
languages such as SQL or Python
Basic understanding of data concepts and database structures
Flexibility to work different shifts to support clients across time
zones
