Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Software Systems Engineer
(DO-178).
Key Responsibilities
Decompose high-level software requirements into detailed,
verifiable low-level requirements
Develop and maintain a bi-directional traceability matrix linking
requirements to source code
Create and maintain requirements documentation in accordance with
DO-178C guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in software requirements engineering within
a safety-critical environment
Strong understanding of the DO-178C standard, particularly related
to requirements processes
Proven experience in creating and maintaining requirements
traceability matrices
Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion,
Jama Connect, DOORS)
