Salary: $350,000 - $500,000 per year A bit about us: We are a
personal injury law firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in
car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified applicant
to fill the Trial Attorney position in our Litigation Department.

Details Responsibilities: • Day-to-day handling of cases from
filing of the complaint to trial. • Provide guidance and lead the
litigation team. • Taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and
experts. • Reviewing drafted documents from staff and associates. •
Trial preparation and strategy. • Prepare and strategize Motions in
Limine and associated trial documents. • Settlement negotiations. •
Settlement/dispositive proceedings [Mediations, arbitrations, etc.]
• Jury trials as First Chair. • Post-trial motions. • Provide legal
opinions to clients. First Chair: 1 year (Preferred) Second Chair:
1 year (Preferred) Personal injury law: 1 year (Required)
