The ideal candidate will have expertise in various legal areas and possess strong negotiation skills. Seeking a litigation attorney with 7 plus yrs of experience. This attorney will work on commercial, Real Estate, and Business litigation, among others. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, insurance defense, product liability, employment law, and business litigation. The ideal attorney candidate will have the following: Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution, including preparation of pleadings, motion practice, taking depositions and trial work, and handling mediations Experience in reviewing claims files, communicating with claims professionals, and clients Self-starter; professional Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment Energetic, enthusiastic with a strong work ethic Stellar research, written and verbal communication skills are key Motivated, ambitious, and career-oriented Law Firm Profile & Benefits: People-first culture, family-like work environment; Flexible environment.
