diligent and experienced Supervising Manufacturing II to oversee
manufacturing processes at our state-of-the-art facility. This role
focuses on ensuring the production of high-quality medical products
that meet both our rigorous internal standards and external
regulatory requirements. Manage daily operations in the
manufacturing department, ensuring efficient production processes
and the achievement of production targets. Supervise a team of
manufacturing personnel, providing training and development to
enhance their skills and knowledge. Implement and monitor strict
quality control and safety measures to minimize errors and maximize
product quality. Coordinate with other departments such as R&D,
Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to optimize production
schedules and product development. Drive initiatives to reduce
costs and improve manufacturing efficiency, incorporating
sustainable practices wherever possible. Ensure compliance with
local, state, and federal manufacturing regulations and standards.
Prepare and present reports on departmental performance to upper
management. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in various manufacturing technologies and lean
manufacturing principles. Excellent problem-solving abilities and
attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational
skills. Capability to work under pressure and meet strict
deadlines. Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Lean
Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred. Knowledge of FDA regulations
and ISO standards for medical devices.
