• Advanced ARRT - Advanced Certification
• CA CRT - California Certified Radiologic Technologist
• CT - Computed Tomography
  • Job Details
  • Proof of flu vaccination or declination required. Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask.
  • Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home.
  • Candidates MUST BE within 70 miles of facility.
  • 2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty.
  • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified.
  • EPIC experience preferred.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS, ARRT, advanced ARRT, CA CRT, CT certifications required.
      • Schedule Information
      • 12-hour shifts.
      • Shift start and end times may vary.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit details:
        • -Ped and adult
        • -Outpatient, inpatient, ER
        • - Trauma L1-3
          • Additional Details
          • 3 month separation - previous perm staff will need to be reviewed by Providence leaders prior to pipeline approval.
          • Charting system: Epic.
          • Orientation Details: There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training.
          • MODULES: (6.5 hours)
