You Have:
15+ years of experience performing systems engineering in support
of command, control, communications, computers, cyber-defense,
combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, or reconnaissance
missions in a major Defense Acquisition Program
Experience with future architecture planning resulting in
well-orchestrated, evolutionary improvement of a system or
system-of-systems
Experience with early technology research, experimentation, or
prototyping efforts leading to technology maturation and
adoption
Experience leading a team working on large-scale DoD systems
Knowledge of DoD Science and Technology (S&T) or technology
maturation processes that are performed by DoD and national
research laboratories
Ability to effectively manage staff and client relationships in a
fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate and establish collaborative
relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research
and Development Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates
to achieve program goals
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
Nice If You Have:
Experience leading a team using the Model-Based Systems Engineering
(MBSE) approach to manage system definitions and technical
baselines
Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution
(PPBE) of major DoD space systems
Experience with DoD acquisition planning for space systems
Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02 and systems engineering standards,
including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Stakeholder Utility Analysis or similar methodologies
to support prioritization of enterprise capability needs
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a
technical field
Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP,
CSEP, or ESEP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and
may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified
information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including
but not limited to location, the individual's particular
combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and
experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and
organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for
this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The
estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this
position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total
compensation package for employees. This posting will close within
