Job Description:
A company is looking for a CPC Processor I Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients,
insurance companies, and attorneys
Document information across multiple platforms using two computer
monitors
Work comfortably in a high-volume production environment
Required Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30
pm EST
Experience in a call center or customer support role is
preferred
Must be comfortable with remote work and technology
Willingness to comply with health screening and vaccination
requirements
