Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Supervisor - Cash
Posting and Reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees daily revenue cycle functions including claims processing,
denials, and payment posting
Monitors workflow to ensure timely processing and collaborates with
leadership on staffing needs
Develops and implements training programs for staff and resolves
billing and insurance issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Three (3) years of experience in medical billing/patient accounts
is required
Associate's degree in business process or healthcare administration
is preferred
Five (5) years of experience in medical billing/patient accounts,
including one (1) year in a supervisory role is preferred
