Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mentoring BCBA - Clinical Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mentorship and training to clinicians at all levels,
utilizing evidence-based practices
Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance and timely
submissions
Act as a liaison between clinicians, administrative teams, and
funding sources to address issues and maintain client
satisfaction
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Extensive experience in ABA therapy and clinical supervision
Proficiency in Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and self-monitoring
strategies
In-depth knowledge of compliance standards and relevant
regulations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment
