Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Convenings to lead a new
offering for their agency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all functions of live event convenings, including talent
sourcing, editorial content, and audience development
Own the success of the program, managing client relations,
timelines, and quality of programming
Drive revenue generation and business development, including
managing project budgets and external vendor contracts
Required Qualifications
At least nine years of experience as an event producer for mid-size
and large-scale events
Proven track record in developing new business within the events
sector
Strong project management skills with a focus on detail and
deadlines
Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing logistics
effectively
A curious mindset with a passion for culture and information
